FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Here are some pretty general FAQs, if you have any questions at all that aren't answered here please don't hesitate to reach out!
- What are your hours?
-
My office hours are from Tuesday-Thursday 10 am to 6 pm, this is when I will be able to finalize orders and send invoices, etc. Fridays and Saturdays are by appointment only. CLOSED Sunday and Monday.
- Where are you located?
-
I am located in a private studio in the Georgetown area of Savannah, Georgia. \
I deliver as far north as Charleston, SC, and as far south as Jacksonville, FL.
- What payment options do you accept?
-
I accept all forms of payment including cash, card, cash app, Venmo, and Zelle. My invoices are primarily paid by card via email.
- How long is the turn around time?
-
I normally ask for a minimum of two weeks' notice to secure an order, in order to ensure I can get in all the proper materials in on time. If you are booking a major event such as a wedding or party for over 100 guests, I suggest booking no less than 6 months ahead of time to ensure I have the capacity to facilitate the order.
- What is required to place an order?
-
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due when placing orders to reserve your date. The remainder of the 75% balance is due when orders are picked up or at your earliest convenience.
If your order is to be delivered, all final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date and we cant get in touch with you the order may be canceled without a refund.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?
-
Changes and cancellations to orders are accepted until 96 hours (4 days) prior to the scheduled pick-up time. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order - if canceled at least 96 hours in advance we will be happy to transfer any payment made on that order to another order within 3 months from that date. 3D Cakes and wedding cakes require at least one week's notice if changes are to be made to the cake, to change the date, or to cancel. You will be required to pay the full amount if the order is canceled with less notice.
